I paid $60 for the pair and they are brighter than my 100w Hella spotties on my Landcruiser, no point in paying heaps when they work great.

So yeh $60-$80 from Repco I get it cheaper cos a mate works there.

About $60-$80 for 100w from Repco for the generic ones, piss easy to replace it all too, plugs straight in.

The problem at the moment in all the states is there has been a massive crack down on what can and cant be done and the books dont seem to get updated as quick as the rules. So I recommend finding an engineer and speaking to them, because we can quite easily get it wrong here. Especially seeing a lot of us live in different dtates.

The CV conversion is still going over my head, I keep on hearing about different things that can be done with the 280ZX shafts and im at a loss. I will try and find the ones I bought for around $1300. It all looks to be really good quality, I just have to get it in there.

Im still using it all, the only problem I had was the sump bumping the steering rack a little, but we just spaced the engine mounts a little and the small dent remains so theres plenty of clearance now

I reckon it depends on what your car already looks like. Personally I reckon it would be great to see one in oz with it, I have noticed a pattern of all the zeds starting to look the same and im guilty too. If you have the money and want to spend it and it wont look out of place with the rest of your car, then go for it.

hehe yeh thats it. I went on a street commodores cruise for charity in Melbourne a couple of years ago and it was huge (about 500 cars), and i only saw 1 burnt out the whole day which for 500 commies, that aint bad. But yeh, they dont have a very good name, but then again if you think of skylines causing problems too, its not just a bogan thing if you know what i mean (though they seem to be the new commodore ). Here in Canberra, the skylines australia crew are well known for their good behaviour and when have a meet, we get left alone. Some of the other clubs have been targeted when they have a meet, so it does help to keep a good name as a group too.

I couldnt possibly do it, im not a hoon, I drive sensibly and my car will be made legal, if I get pulled over by the police then its a good thing because they are trying to stop the fuckwits out there who have caused it. And its not really the minority doing stupid shit, its a fair chunk of modified car owners doing it.
