Every time I go to Victoria I grow closer to hating it. I lived there for 18 months and hated it. I think I'll stick to visiting every once in a while. Anyways, that's a different topic. GO Club!

All very good points and I'm liking the idea. Sadly I wouldn't be able to utelise the club, but I think it would be worthwhile for the Mexicans.

Maybe a list of pro's vs con's could be made for easier reading. I love what we have going here, there are no politics and generally everyone gets along well. So I would like to see the real benefits of becoming an official club and whether it would really be worth it. My 2c

Haha smart ass. Probably a good point though. Yeah at our speeds its not a big drive from Albury. If you want to make it more entertaining we can drive to Mt Beauty and then go to Bright, very good roads out that way, but it adds to an already decent length drive ( which I think should go over the Snowy Mountains Highway past Tumut to make it a bit more entertaining).

Yeah I prefer in town so we can have a few and walk home. It would be awesome to go 8-11 Feb as I am rostered off and will probly struggle to get time off any other weekend due to staff shortages, but this is a democracy...

What the fuck are you on about?

It takes 7 hours (maybe more)for the Melbourne guys to get to Thredbo, so its not that driveable and we have all seen it plenty of times and since we go out of our way to drive, try some different roads (trust me they are better around Bright). Lets try something different for once. I think it would only add 2 hours or so to the Syndey guys trip, since they have the Hume to get to Albury. The way I see it is, we do these trips to drive and catch up also, we can do all of that in Bright too and it's a change of scenery and some kick arse roads.

lol, dude the Skyline Nationals are on, there won't be one in Canberra this weekend. Wish I could have come. Start getting ready for the Haliday to Bright lads.

I haven't got a price yet, but have a look at the link and let me know on this thread if you are interested in staying there, I reckon it will be good prices and location and I don't know these people so I am not biased. It is a short walk into town and HAS COVERED PARKING FOR ALL... That's important for my rain leaking zed anyway lol. If anyone thinks they may have a better deal, please post it up and of course we don't all have to stay in the same place.

I like the idea of a the original 240Z and for its day it was a performance car. But I am all about performance and I couldn't bring myself to hack up an original 240Z to make a more modern performance car out of respect and therefore, the 260Z 2 seater is my favorite. As for the 2+2 it has it's place, but not in my driveway...

Very nice mate and that is a good price for the car. I reckon you should keep it stock, but it's your car and I am sure you will enjoy the hell out of it.

Dad is getting back to me soon with hopefully discounted prices for some apartments in Bright, so I'll let you know when I know, but they are good friends, so should be pretty good prices.
