Hi. I have a car and a few parts for sale.

The car is Datsun 240Z 1973 yellow - has had a lot of bodywork professionally done by Rob (from one of the places that specialises in early Z restoration and other work) a few years ago; there's some rust. Currently not Running. Needs some work. L28, 5-speed, R200 non-lsd. Stripped interior - almost no carpet or sound deadening, no centre console, but does have an uncracked dash. NOW $6800ONO!!! I am also considering selling some parts, but at the moment this is just an expression of interest (might decide to sell or keep them - have not made up my mind on this yet) - PM me if you are interested in anything. Just to emphasize, the following parts do NOT come with the car:

Real Watanabe wheels - 16x9 -13 front, 16x9.5 -19 rear. Rears are used and come with tires - Bridgestone Potenza. Fronts are brand new and come with no rubber. Price: $2200ono. SOLD

Alloy parts for 240Z: gearknob, shifter plate, pedals, 2 engine plates. Price: $100ono. SOLD

NEW. Skyline(R33)/300ZX(Z32) gearbox to L28 engine adaptor purchased from Austin Hoke. $300ono

Suspension & brake package bought from Modern Motorsport (except for king springs and front shocks)- at the moment will sell only consider selling whole, might separate later:

- new tokico shock - illumina (5-way adjustable) for rear and non adjustable for rear (I think they are HP type);

- used king springs;

- complete bushing set;

- carbon front and rear brake pads; front is for normal S30 brakes and the rear ones are for 280ZX rear disk brakes;

Turbo exhaust manifold for L28. Great condition - was cleaned and is not wrapped from heat like some others that i have seen for sale. Price: $350ono.

Intake manifold for L28 - cleaned and powder coated - non-egr/emission type. Price: $100ono.

Fuel Rail package - purchased from Pallnet consisting of:

- L28 11MM FUEL RAIL

- LIQUID FILLED GAUG

- 6AN FUEL FITTINGS

- 11mm INJECTOR SEAL KIT

L28 with EFI manifold,  stock injectors; was told it had low kilometres and was in really good condition generally - never had it running myself. Price: $350ono.

I might also agree on a discount if somebody is willing to purchase some of the parts and the car.

Considering the car as I'm thinking of selling my 2+2 project for a 2 seater, depending on rust situation.

I get the feeling rust is not the issues with this car - the work has been done by the sounds so it is interior and mechanical that needs sorting = excellent purchase for someone in OZ someone PM the man and purchase the car sounds like a good buy IMHO

Unfortunately, the landlords who must be obeyed (parents) have said that I can't store your body while I sell the one I have, so I have to continue with the 2+2 project I have.

However, still interested in that front spoiler. Will think about that L28 as well.

Mine is a bit closer than 5 years away I hope!!  Plan to have it finished in 2 tops! Have the body just about ready to paint and start putting stuff back in.  Somehow I don't think there would be much left hey fufu? lol. Just kidding, but who can resist scavaging around a Z?

Seems to be the same type. Oh and I should have probably said earlier that it's not painted - just sitting in primer.

Ok. I have decided to reduce the price for my 240Z- its now $6800ono.

Also all of the parts are officially for sale now except for the front spoiler.
