Administrators gav240z Posted September 10, 2010 Administrators Posted September 10, 2010 Hey mate, Try www.aus300zx.com http://www.aus300zx.com/forum/showthread.php?t=302177 To me this seems a bit pricey really, but then again all cars in Australia seem to be over-valued after living in Europe where cars loose value so dramatically and nothing is older than 1990 (or at least it's rare to see older than 1990). Best of luck with it, all the same. Quote
luvemfast Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Looks pretty good for $5k Ben Needs money spent though, but so would dads. Quote
MaygZ Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Benny, I think John in Lancefield has a 300ZX and a spare motor or two Quote

bryan3976 Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 hey i know of a tt 300zx on for 2.5k that you could probably get for 2k pm me if you want his number Quote
zzzzed Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 for that price it would have to be a mass money pit Quote
stevofoxono Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 my z31 cost me $4000, only had 181xxx on it when i bought it.. but it did burst into flames at 186xxx so just be weary of the z31s theres probably a reason why you dont see to many of them on the road loll. fun as car tho Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted September 12, 2010 Moderators Posted September 12, 2010 I highly recommend you find a 200ZR with the RB engine, unless you like roasting marshmallows after a nice long drive with the V6.... Quote
zzzzed Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 I highly recommend you find a 200ZR with the RB engine, unless you like roasting marshmallows after a nice long drive with the V6.... there is an easy fix to that problem. the problem was with the crapy oem injectors. If you swap them with injectors from a rb30 then your problems will be solvered. I have vl turbo injectors in mine Quote
benny Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 hey guys thanks for all the help.... thinking it may not be worth risking it with P-Plate laws, i would have to drop an rb25de in which just adds more to the cost of it all unfortunately. Quote

luvemfast Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 As Simon has highlighted, with the Alfa's, you get to make a fresh clean choice on soooo many cool cars out there. Quote
