Interesting front air dam, never seen one like that before.

 

Not a bad looking car but photos seem a bit rough. If he wants to sell it for 15K I think he could put some more details/better photos into the ad. Sneaky interior shot doesn't show if there are any cracks in dash or condition of the seats

is that two tone? (white on Silver) or is it just the photos. The spoiler is a home made job. Just a piece of Aluminium bent around the front with some holes cut in and a piece of rubber along the bottom.....Not a fan. Make me think I wouldn't like the rest of the car either???

but this 2-tone is not a bargain at $15,000. its more or less market value...for some strange reason, I like it.

pitty there are no interior or engine bay pics...maybe hiding something ugly

if this one is say 7.5/10 overall condition , then I think $12k is an ok price.

theres still the gold 260-2seater which ends on ebay sunday arvo (tomorrow), its currently at $6700 with no reserve.. Ive seen all 30 pics of it and Id rate it 6.5/10, still for $7000 its not a bad buy.

if that one on ebay is the one im thinking of im pretty sure it has been rallied or some sort of racing but hey it could of still been a good buy!

its not worth more than a couple of grand, you can see it in the photos, lets not boost its ego any more than it needs. Do a survey in the general market and see what people really think what these are worth. remember love is blind. asking way too much.. specially how it looks in the photos.

couple of grand???  Its a two seater. It would have to be very rough to be that cheap. A solid 2 seater will get $6K any day of the week.

But, Im getting annoyed...

why must we constantly undervalue the potential sale price of zeds. We need to be "talking-up" the asking price of zeds on a site like this.

We shoot ourselves in the foot when we strongly comment (in the negative) about someones asking price on a public forum.

I personally never want to see an average 240 or 260 -2seater ever sell for anything less than $20k.

We need to stop the practise of talking down peoples asking prices..(I know Ive done it myself  )

I agree Chris, we are our own worst enemy talking down value and I continually see it on all Zed forums not just this site and I have been the receiver of such negativity from associated members on other Zed sites when I recently tried to sell a Z31 Californian back early in the new year.....but not from or on this forum/site. When I see Mk11A Sprites with high askings I cringe at the worth of our superior engineered Zed cars. Lynton

Ive got some pics and had a good chat about this puppy, its actually in very very good nic, original owner since new, garret turbo, smooth rev up to 6 grand etc etc, no rust.................

Its a 77 260z manual, owner install Garret carby Turbo in 78........
