C.A.R. Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 So, you've made your first post advertising your company so you can sell your crap? NOT Impressed... Quote

nspec Posted March 11, 2009 Author Posted March 11, 2009 WOW bIG WOOP FIRST POST,.. have a cry mate. im not a business, not interested in making money of these kits, im simply looking for the kit my self, the shipping is very expensive for large items like this from over seas so if there were more people that wanted it we would save a sh*T load of money on shipping, only trying to help out others. C.A.R. Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 Well perhaps if you had of explained yourself in your first post, we wouldn't have had this problem? Freel free to introduce yourself in the appropriate section Quote

Hey mate, You've just rocked up at a particularly bad time. we are redesigning the way people will sell things on the website to stop people creating accounts just to advertise, which has been a problem in the past. I realize that you aren't a business - it was just a misunderstanding by a couple of our members. The etiquette on Auszcar is to introduce yourself first, but I can understand if you didn't know that. Don't let it stop you from becoming a member of the forum though. I personally love the widebody look and if I was able to have Z car for every purpose (circuit, race, street, drag etc) I would definitely want one my cars to have it. To me its just a natural step up from putting flares on the car. Cheers, Steve Quote
xa1973 Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 Hello Mate What stevo_gj said What do you drive anyway?? Their a good bunch of guys on here, enthusiasts with a lot of pride in their rides , plenty of knowledge, keen to share and help when you need it For me, the kits look too much like a 944 Porsche All the best Cheers Quote
pauly_adams Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 how much would we be looking at and will they do a 2+2 kit if so i might be interested cheers pauly Quote
nat0_240_chevZ Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 mmmmm, might have to also offer a darius build car, im sure there would be plenty of takers for his old or newly revampped 240z, with the vids still getting alot of attention on the tubes!!!!!! Quote
620Z Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 Hey Nato that may well be Darius car. I would have been up for the wide body kit had I not done the body of my car in the last few years. Looks like I missed the boat. I say go for it. A lot of mucking around to get it right. But done properly and road worthy I reckon you will have a Zed well known around the country. Oh and what the others said about advertising. We are just trying to stamp out the free loaders. Hang around, Lurch just gets a bit excited sometimes but he means well. Quote
viking Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 You could possibly have the items brought in as container fillers with American car parts dealers in Melb. shipping out of LA. That is what I do for a lot of parts which is a lot cheaper, although would take a bit longer, so if interested send a pm. Quote

Cheers, Steve ayy thats fair enough mate, it just give me the sh*ts when people give crap to new members, sure i can go and post like crazy on the site to increase my post count (like a lot of people do to get respect on the site) but what good is that to the forum.... Hello Mate What stevo_gj said What do you drive anyway?? Their a good bunch of guys on here, enthusiasts with a lot of pride in their rides , plenty of knowledge, keen to share and help when you need it For me, the kits look too much like a 944 Porsche All the best Cheers Iv actually had 2, 240z's, both sold. (which i regret) i now drive a 344kw 180sx(which just got majorly epa'd/defected) Which is the reason why im going back to the z car, Awsome looks and can be engineered for high power.(legaly) how much would we be looking at and will they do a 2+2 kit if so i might be interested cheers pauly Its a very expensive kit(no thanks to the AUS $ being so low. For 1 kit shipped to Aus is =$4,500 (the shipping is $1500 ) basicaly the for the same shipping price you can send a whole lot more bodykits, and could probably do a bulk buy deal of the seller. tbscobraZ Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 Lurch maybe ask first he didn't sound like a business. Anyway i think the kits would be great for a track car good luck. Quote
zr240 Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 I have been following that cars build for a while. Its on youtube and sound tough as I would like a more Super Gt style body kit if I was going down that road though good luck with the purchase, be great to se another different zed on the scene. Just a thought if you learn to fiberglass you could make one cheaper the 4.5K forsure Ash Quote
zedevan Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 modding those fenders to have sugar scoops still looks like a bit of work Quote
nspec Posted March 12, 2009 Author Posted March 12, 2009 True im sure some1 can make them but wouldnt be easy. Quote
nat0_240_chevZ Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 it give it some flavour of the 370z concept car the orange one, which has a bit of the r35 gtr touches bit still hot. if you were to make some moulds up i can sell one set, my mate is not yet a zed owner but if he could buy the kit like that concept car hes in, selling his skyline & s13, i would buy one too and setup a track car in a widebody. nato Quote
Kent Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 any chance they do other bodykits other than the widebody? Quote
