Gordo Posted January 24, 2019 Author Posted January 24, 2019 does anyone know if this car has been picked up yet Quote
ptZcar Posted February 12, 2019 Posted February 12, 2019 (edited) First time poster, long time reader. I had a look at this project last night. Owner is genuine (a retired car man), car is terrific with just a little rust in the doors. Everything else is structurally excellent with many genuine Nissan parts to complete it. If you are willing to finish it, you will end up with a great 260Z 2-seater - the glass is half full. If you run these things from a spreadsheet (like me - sorry guys) then the glass is half empty having to pickup a project mid-way. It needs a LOT of time & money but plenty of upside if you are willing to roll your sleeves up now and not cost your own time. PS. I'm looking for a clean 260Z 2-seater, original matching numbers, Oz delivered, manual. (The green one Curtis had was sold.) Edited February 12, 2019 by ptZcar Zedhead and gav240z 2 Quote
ptZcar Posted February 24, 2019 Posted February 24, 2019 (edited) Spoke to Graham this morning and he tells me that the car sold over the weekend. An excellent buy to the lucky new owner. Edited February 24, 2019 by ptZcar Quote
Gordo Posted February 25, 2019 Author Posted February 25, 2019 Yes Guys . Graham has sold the car and it’s gone to a good home. Hopefully the guy will update its journey as we would love to know how the rebuilding goes. gav240z 1 Quote
