They only made one version of it, to be honest I can't tell you how low it lowered the car.

What year is your 240z and how long have you had them for? How did you find them?

1972. Had it in the race car when I bought it, I went to heavier rated spring.

The car was not super low at all just about right but that is my opinion.

The springs are in good condition but got oversprayed on them.

King Lows lower 30mm and are 165lbs amd 180lbs and are progressive (stated by Kings)

 

Hope this helps. I have a set ill be trying after i found my Tokico springs too hard for street use

It's not the springs, it's the Tokico Illuminas (in white) shocks that are too hard. Anything other than the lowest setting is bone jarring.

Can’t say I find that with my Illuminas. I generally have mine set at 3 front and 2 rear for the road and 5 front 4 rear for the track.

 

I have my Tokico springs tested for the rate. I can’t remember the results off hand but where significantly lower than the king lows. I have read of quite a few people say the tokico springs are so low and limp that the shocks bottom out.

Dalee and I discussed it at the BBQ. I find them fine on the first setting but too hard on 3-5. I don't know if King Springs are a good match for the shocks however. It's on the to do list. ?
