240Z Fusible Link And New Connector

Recommended Posts

I am making up a small run of 240z style fusible links.

They may suit 260z and maybe others..

As far as I know they look like the original and the same as sold by the zed store.

I am also including a new connector for the engine bay harness so both parts have a nice fresh white look, instead of the yellowing brittle look.

$20 each

$35 for 2

$5 postage with tracking

Great idea, worth carrying a spare in the glove box.

260Z fusible links are different, being installed in a small plastic box with removable lid close to the washer bottle, they are quite short with a spade connector each end.

FWIW my early 260 has two - one black, one green; later cars could have a third either red or brown I think.

I don't have any specs for them other than colour and a X-sectional area for each, according to my Nissan manual. What is the spec for the 240Z link you are making?

They are 80amp fuse  wire, to my knowledge this is  the same as original, with same colour coding

Hi mate,

I'd like 1 or a couple if you have them still?
