Was just watching discovery turbo on Foxtel they are auctioning a 260z 2+2 It went for $50,000 us  was in mint condition they talk a bit about Japanese car are going to come up in price

Or there was a wad of cash, diamonds drugs or other contraband of choice hidden in it somewhere.

 

That pricing is getting as stupid as the prices for the 240K, maybe I should have kept my 180BSSS 's I had......

It was a crazy price for a GHLS30, but it literally had 20 miles on it.

Then a 40 odd year old car with that little milage will be stuffed....... Poor bloke bought a dud.

 

Everything needs to be used to keep in serviceable condition.

No argument from me, but for some the low mileage thing is desirable.

Close to 100km a year.

It wouldn't be that bad actually as long as they serviced it.

I have cars in my work that are older with less km and better then showroom condition

That's the kicker, it would have had to have every service done on a time basis, and I don't know too many owners of an old Datsun that would spend the dollars to do that.....
