NZeder Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 They all look like hot wheels toys. the wheels look silly and too big imho. Quote
44014 Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 I think 1 with out the big scallop out of the doors and some normal sized wheels and it has a lot of promise . Quote
nizm0zed Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 C has potential of fitting into the 'evolving shape' of the 350-370z style I thought B was Nissan's rumored answer to the FT86 when it first came out? A looks like it'd never even come close to meeting pedestrian impact requirements with a front end like that. Quote
AussieZed Posted August 23, 2013 Posted August 23, 2013 I really like A ... which I bet is the one least likely to be built.... Quote

George Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 ?? Stop Driving on the footpath!!!! That's preposterous! Our governments have an abundance of cotton wool for its denizens and they mean to use it up. I believe it was supplied by lawyers. Quote
nizm0zed Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 I drive on the footpath at high speed all the time, crowds are my favorite!!! GTA is awesome fun By not meeting pedestrian impact requirements you'll notice that its seems that the bonnet edge protrudes past the front line of the car, if someone was to get hit by the car it would have more of a tendency to either try and snap their legs off or direct them underneath the car. To comply with ped crash spec, the vehicle should cause the ped to move upwards onto the bonnet (and deflect from the windscreen to the side of the car) Quote

To comply with ped crash spec, the vehicle should cause the ped to move upwards onto the bonnet (and deflect from the windscreen to the side of the car) You know if people, mainly pedestrians weren't so stupid, we wouldn't need requirements like this. The way I look at it is if someone is stupid enough to be in the path of a 1 to 2 ton moving object, they deserve to be hit. Quote
nizm0zed Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 yea, but unfortunately stupid exists behind the wheel too, so those ped crash designs help when stupid driver pushed the accelerator instead of the brake and goes through the front of a store, or looses it round a corner and into an innocent (perhaps smart) person walking their dog... oldmates260z Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 This is what it should look like....I think this was a concept for the 370z Quote
benny Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 This is what it should look like....I think this was a concept for the 370z that ones been bouncing around the net for a while... wasn't produced by nissan... just a random who did a render on what they believe it should look like. Quote
RB26DETT Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 .... so who do we have to convince at Nissan to get that into production Quote

It's obvious you haven't driven the same roads I do. It may just be that pedestrians or more stupid here than over there, but I get people, mainly kids and young adult males, that walk slowly across the road in front of me, giving me that "Whatcha gonna do about it?" look. Sometimes I wish I could get away with hitting them... Quote
nizm0zed Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 nope, havent driven the same roads, your on the other side of the planet Stupidity however is a worldwide phenomenon... I have seen plenty of dumb peds doing exactly what you describe here too. Quote
