After I pull out these parts from Molasses bath, I am not sure how to treat the inside of this valve or if i should. And do you see any issues with spraying the outside with High Heat enamel on the parts where the coolant hose will clamp onto? Cheers, Ned

Hey Gents, I am going to bring in a few of these from the US. Obviously it works in our best interest to buy a few of these to split freight costs. At this stage I want to keep the order reasonably small so we don't have to pay duties or GST, but I will have to have this sorted quickly, as from the 1st of July, we will get slugged GST no matter to the total cost of our order. well a reputable seller had a mirror for sale the other day and this was the description on the ad: "Leans away from the door so that should make it RH drivers side New genuine parts The parts number on the box says LH but the mirror as I said slopes away from the door glass and that should make it Rh side" So maybe the whole world is confused about the S30 mirrors lol

Personally I dont think you should make the centres (stars) gold on these wheels, as the Stars extend onto the lip, and as mentioned in the video, i think a complete black wheel you will lose the detail. I like the idea of the gunmetal stars/centres & polished lips. I am also a sucker for white writing on tyres!

They said it took a couple of months to get done, and not a cheap process either, 6 plus hours spent on just the 4x lips. but you get what you pay for.

Ah yeah, I never noticed that. I looked at GRS30-000667 (07/74) 2 years ago and the compliance plate was in that spot, and I believe the ID plate was there, but well faded, where the inspection light should be. I own 11162 (07/76), and that has both plates on the carbie/battery side, inspection light has also moved over there
