  1. Barra very interested let me know if still available
  2. Well I can tell you the harness I have is different to the one that was in it by a great deal. Which is a shame as the 260z loom is perfect just need the right plug. I know the 260z
  3. It's 1975, but I have dash out of earlier on, I have a really good loon but I'd say it's off a earlier model, as there is a shorter loom to go to ignition, where the one I have is built into loom,
  4. As stated, that is what I need if you something to.sell let me know

Agreed, I have been a Nissan nut since my first ka24 I built. But no matter how hard I look at it, the 2jz is by far the better motor, believe me when I say it took me a long time to admit it. But I'm sure if you done your research and understand how much horsepower the stock internals can handle, and also how little you have to spend in comparison to rb, then it's a no brainer. Clearance for engine isn't a problem, can be done and has been done before. But you want to be good at welding or have a good mate who is.

If you go rb, just go rb30 out of vl,

Yes just about to start the conversion myself. I doubt weight will be an issue, 540 pounds and 560 pounds, plus engine can be dropped back to get a great weight distribution. 2 ways to mount engine straight on chassis rail or fabricate a cross member. Can use the crx racing ones but in my opinion, not the best design and I'd only use them for reference. Wiring can get made in states, or you can find someone local OT tackle it yourself, after market ecu which is the way I'm going, cost a fair bit more and I wouldn't go this way if I wasn't ditching one turbo for supercharger any more information let me know
  8. Damb the things you see when you have no room, can you take down post and repost in about 5 weeks, just enough time to build another shed. Lol, a great buy good luck with sale
  9. Got one complete in Canberra. Coming out in a few weeks runs OK. Going back to l26 500 smackers
  10. I don't think it's a 2+2 bashing, I think it was due to its price. I have a 2+2 and I love it. Yes I will buy a 2 seater at some stage only because of weight difference, and for my next build that's what will be important. To tell you the truth I have back seat folded down 95% of time and 95% can't tell the difference
  11. Do you have a good rear one
  12. And one got a normal rear bumper for 260z 2+2
  13. Why oh why. I just ordered new shocks yesterday. Always happens. Looking for z nothing available. As soon as I buy one 10 get listed. Sorry. Didn't mean to hijack your thread
  14. Yes. Well I'm on the hunt. If parts become available I'll buy. I'm lucky I spoke to lock almost got a gearbox 71a. That would of required some costly mods
