  1. Hey JP, Lee here, I bought #63 from you, I still have her, under cover in the garage, just wondered if you have any photos of the car back in the day, particularly interested in any interior photo’s you may have. Cheers
  2. I offered the seller the asking price to use in my early Z, but seller has apparently received an offer well over the asking price from someone who wants to fit them to his Datsun 1200 or 1600! Go figure, why not just fit any Z seats?
  3. Annoying to see this car go overseas, would have been nice to see it offered to Aussies first, someone here would have given him what he wanted, I have bought two Z's from this guy, have always wanted to buy this car, so was surprised to see it sold.
  4. OK, I know I have more chance of winning lotto twice in one week, but if anyone has an old L24 block in their garage, garden shed, garden under a tarp etc, I'm looking for the original block for the Z I have just purchased, It will be a miracle I know, but if you don't ask, you have no chance at all !! L24-027759 Thanks to everyone who can be bothered to check for me. Cheers Lee
  5. Hi Gav I'm interested in a set of 5, 1970 stamp date Cheers Lee

  7. Hi Matt You don't have a good coin tray tucked away somewhere do you? Cheers Lee
  8. If the sale doesn't go through, please let me know Cheers
  9. I advertised for a 240 seat for my 1st Z when I was in the UK, when I went to the address to pick the seat up, it was Kevin Bristows place, I knew next to nothing about Z's then, so didn't take a whole lot of notice of the restoration that was going on in his barn, I did have look but didn't know the significance of the car, nor did I take a whole lot of notice of the guy with the Samuri visiting at the same time (James Morris) If that visit had occurred now, I'm sure the cops would have be called to remove a stalker!
  10. and with that it looks like I have another lead on an early car. HS30 00306. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/6908-help-needed-alan-hs-30-h/?do=findComment&comment=43204 LEE240ZPERTH - Hopefully he still has it. Unfortunately Gav, I sold #306 quite a few years ago. The upside is that I have #63 tucked up in the garage awaiting restoration, I will shortly have three cars (different makes) all in need of restoration, so will have to decide which one to start on first, that will be a dilemma, albeit a nice dilemma to have
  11. Thanks, but I will be undertaking a nut and bolt restoration, and as my car has a very low VIN, I want to use only genuine OEM parts as far as is possible. Cheers
  12. I'll grab the fibreglass scoops mate Cheers

  14. Now looking for just the LH fibreglass sugar scoop for my 70Z If you have one, please PM with price. Cheers
  15. Hi mate Do you happen to have a LH fibreglass sugar scoop ? Cheers
  16. Sorry guys, that bit of info would help wouldn't it ! S30 Cheers
  17. Hi All I'm looking for a pair of original fibreglass headlamp scoops, so if you have any buried in the garage or shed, please let me know. Cheers Lee
  18. Hi all I'm looking for a good pair of 3 screw carbs, I only actually need the rear carb, but will obviously buy the pair. If anyone has any they no longer need, please let me know. Cheers
  19. Interesting to see car #117 crop up here, this was one of my old cars, at the time I bought it, it was silver over blue with blue seats, unfortunately, the original engine had long gone, and it had been fitted with a 280 motorIt had serious rust, so I decided to sell it, due to the non original engine and condition, and so I could buy a better condition, original car (#306) from the same owner that sold me #117, incidently, this guy still has #99, which is an original car in 907 green.
  20. Hi Mate I did respond yesterday confirming the sale, just asked you to advise postage cost, have responded again to your PM, cheers
  21. If anyone has a series 1 steering wheel, please let me know. Cheers
  22. Also willing to buy these, so 2nd Dibs after Gav (unless you decline Gav's offer to purchase should you need an immediate sale) Cheers
  23. Thanks, I'll check it out Appreciate the help
  24. Thanks Jarrod, I'm not in a hurry, I am only just starting to get the parts I need, so when you get time, would appreciate details of what you have and prices. Cheers
  25. Thanks Gav I have missed a couple of really nice ones in the US over the last few months, good prices too! The restored ones on Ebay are pretty expensive, but the one that needs restoring is worth considering, rather try and get one from here though as postage costs are obscene. I won't modify a later one, I'm not in any hurry, so will wait for a genuine one. Thanks for the help, much appreciated. Cheers
