89 stroke is as big as it gets , you can not get any more in the block ,its part Les collins and part me thinking gee it would be cool to build the tuffest L in the world . We have built it to 3.4 with a 90 mm bore but its so hard to find a block that will go to 90mm .. even 89mm is hard but we go throw lots of blocks to find one that we can use . and the other part of the build that needs to be right is the head, most strokers fail to make good hp because the port is to small in size and flow ,, this combo really needs the port to be 40mm intake and it need to flow 350+ hp of air carb size needs to be 47mm min , 45 mm carb will stop at 320hp so its really a package if you wont it to show its full colour

ALL done ,, well sorta now its you better tune it to so off to the dyno soon

some picks of the water lines for the turbo ,, water comes from the lower block outlet and goes throw the turbo and then goes to the thermostat housing

Well Simon its because the engines now have stepped up a notch or two in spec and Finnish ,thanks to Les ... iv picked up so much in a short time ,all we do is think up new ways to make L series go faster. SO to answer your question Simon it can be done very easy as your head gasket can be re used ... and it would be a good thing to do

well its all back together mods iv done wile the engine was apart ,iv done the water mods to the top of the p90 and put a -6 water bleed on the rear of the head . i also re honed the block with a torque plate and set the clearance to 4.5th, i also re decked the block and head to get a better Finnish , and had the crank polished to ,,, I'm happy now just have the water and oil lines to do now

Heehehe one of our stroker 350hp motors would be lods of fun 17% over is 3.2 something so it would be 88mm bore and 88 bore and would still make 350hp with lodes of torque

A 3.2 L turbo will make 400hp at 10psi p90 head ported gt40 turbo 20psi and it will make 600 engine no problem on pump fue,but it wont come cheep

its the same crank ,, you need to pull the spacer of the back , just get a lever and pry it off and you will be able to fit a normal flywheel

your not wrong mate the finish is not as good as it should be ,,, like most things that come from the US now there crap , i was thinking id send it over to hpc . after i finish it so it works , ,, it needs about 4 hours of time to weld up and fix all the crap welds and weld a peace of ally to the bottom and tap some holes in it for the vacuum pickups . just a peace of crap the way it came from the US

well you can not compear a L28 to one, it has more power at 4000 rpm than most race l28s have at 7000 290 ftlb at 5000 and with the right head and carbs it revs no problem.. we will have a new vid on youtube next week

it has a very nice even cover off carbon , all but no 5 that's what I'm working on i hope to get all cylinders even , that no 5 cylinder runs lots hotter at this hp level , but I'm all over it

that it is roberto , i can run 11 with this combo as the head has a great chamber . And the cam we have lets us run more

hay Gordo can i try your pipes on the dyno i think they would work well on this motor

well Jake has let me play with his motor ,, at my expense , i am just trying to see how much i can find , and get the tune where it needs to be , id like to see 300 ft lbs and 365hp

just a small up date for Jake well the head is of and i have made some cooling mods. And made some changes to the valve seats and we have lifted the comp to 11. from 10.3 ,,, so stay tuned we will be back on the dyno see if we can get more from the 3.3 . ;; BTW its making 106 hp per L now 348hp at 7000rpm

boso its a second hand head i sold you not one of mine there is a big difrence , bring it back to the shop that fitted it if its not right make them fix it, dont do a 1000ks it wont get better by its self
