That's mate, and yeah I am happy. I have one spot that needs to be redone (the scuttle panel) but that's easily done and the panel beater is happy to do it.
Spiteed a whole bunch of zeds driving through Pitt town on Bathurst street, just before it turns in Pitt town road. Mixed bagged of variety, very nice.
Hi guys,
I have a pair of headlight surrounds 'sugar scoops' for sale, they are taking up space in my garage and I want them gone.
I was looking at $60 for the pair, if that seems too much, make me an offer!
I dont think he intends to actually sell anything from the ads on ebay. Those ads have been up for over a year. (I think they are there to entice people to the yard.
Also the photos still show the car with the white stripe. I would be happy to assume that this is just the old ad with (IMO) the inflated buying price to get people talking about Edward Lees Car Yard
I have got my the Screama back together now, not bad for a weekends work and a few quiet drinks.
A list of things I have done while assembling the old girl follows:
Polished all the lights before re-installing.
Installed all the new rubber grommets and clips.
Installed the new clear side repeaters.
Repainted all the plastic trim inside the cabin.
Remounted the speaker pods in the doors and reinforced them with a few more screws.
Created a new bracket for my front number on the bumper bar.
Polished all the window trim before re-installing.
Rehung the sagging head lining.
Installed a new black ariel.
All new black screws in the (fresh black) sill panels.
Things I am yet to do are as follows:
Get a new centre console.
Install the front and rear windscreen (O'briens glass' job).
New wiring looms for the headlights and indicators.
Any other ideas from you guys would be handy as to improving the car.
I have a perfectly good windscreen and seal for sale.

Would like to see one of these with flairs and an airdam up front. It would look very cool. Would totally have to cut a few inches off the windscreen height
I certainly am. They have made all the repairs the body required after 35 years. Have rehung all the panels (bar the doors for now, obviously. Welded my fenders where I cut them for the flares and are obviously doing the paint. I am hoping to have it back on the weekend.
