    Love the 1uz... A guy a bought some parts off in North canberra 4-5 years ago got 75% thru the 1uz conversion on his 240z, I think he lost interest and sold it off. Somewhere on this site is his build thread.

    Gavin, I work for a large-ish commercial property development company and one thing Ive learnt is you can look at figures, yields, returns , wales etc, till the cows come home, (hehe contradicts my previous email) but the best 3 rules are , aquisition, acquisition acquistion.

    Immaculate... Hmmm Im running open ram tubes at present, wouldnt have thought youd pick up a simple 4 hp by enclosing it, good result. I think I need to get a box for mine now

    Hehe Cmon guys, whats the problem with crossing a creek in a zed ? What could go wrong ! Craig , Tarana would have meant a massive drive for us where as Taralga was a nice distance. Ended up on the Tharwa rd and had a leisurely drive to the Tracking station for a coffee and cake.

    Gavin, run the rental sums first, dont rush in.. Whats the total gfa ? X the $m2 "going rate" for a warehouse in that area....is it $100m2 p/a is it $175m2. ? Work out the total possible yearly rental , say to a single tenant, take out your statuatory outgoings....just roughly or assume tenant pays all outgoings for warehouse use.... Once you have this figure divide it by the purchase price X 100 to work out a basic % return yield. Or message me the figures !

    Hey , whatever happened to Sulio, is he still in the "car" scene ? Had a few terrific trips trips to Thredbo with him in the zeds. I know that Sulio shot heaps of great footage of the last trip to Thredbo with all the zeds, but that rare footage has yet to surface...

    The megane is definetely a quirky car, but didnt appeal, Im also sick to death of the amount of golf gti's going around, the V40 has one of europes top engines being the 5 cylinder 2.5 litre, lm looking to order a chip-remap from Sth Africa , it will gain 22kw. If only my 240z was this quick !

    Thought Id share a few pics of our new daily-hack family member, this is our second Ovlov in as many years, the build quality in these things is second to none.. Handles much better than the ol rav4 ! Plus the bonus of 190kw and 6.1 to 100 is also a nice feature....oh well happy wife, happy life.
