Price: $16,500 - SOLD!! Early 260Z 2 seater 90% complete, solid shell with very minimal rust. The last photo is the worst of rust in the shell, the rest is just surface rust. The rice has been reduced due to the sale of many parts that were to come with this sale. There is an L24/L28 rebuilt bottom end & N42 head that is available for an extra $3900. The project comes with the following & extra parts: 5 speed gearbox, new radiator support panel, 2 x Dashes, 2 x consoles, bucket seats, & heaps of spares including suspension, alternators, starters, dizzys & so on, too many parts to list! Hi, does anyone have a spare pair of 240Z rear strut tower covers? I have a pair from a 260Z 2+2 which are different. They don't need to be in good condition as I only need them as templates so my motor trimmer can make up a new set for me.

I don't know how true this is, but was told by a tire guy that you can get hard/old tires heat cycled & they become nice & soft again. Can anyone confirm this?

I built a couple of these around 15 years ago now. I had the specs for the longer timing belt & where to drill & tap a hole at the front of the block for the 2nd idler pulley, but stuffed if I know where it all is now. Jump on the net, there's got to be something there. They are a great conversion with great torque produced from this combo. The head to get is the RB25DE (non-turbo) as it flows better.
