  1. I'll be there Craig, leave is in and everything. I will post something in the ACT section, maybe send some txt msgs out too. Spose I better go and fix my brakes now
  2. Contact Biscuitballs on here too, he makes some really nice spoilers too (like mine)
  3. GODDAMN IT! I have to pull out. Datto's brakes aren't fixed and the Pajero has dramas. Sorry guys, I'm mega pissed about missing this.
  4. Websites like e-go and Smartsend are really cheap for postage around Australia. I have used them heaps in the last 12 months and you will be amazed how cheap they can be. I am interested in rear control arms, but not till next year. I think Feb would give enough time after Christmas to save up.
  5. I will be there for sure, but depending on whether i can get the brakes fixed tomorrow arvo (shouldnt be a problem), Ill be in my zed or my Pajero...
  6. mmmm.... Penguins......
  7. Ask Scando, he is Huonville and races a zed.
  8. I don't really like the idea of the navagation events personally, I wouldn't drive 8 hours to drive a road I can drive any time for free. The idea of something like PI which is an epic track in it's own right and to only see it once every 6 years excites me. I realize I can go there more often than that, but since it is 8 hours away, I simply can't afford it... I dont think the Nats will die, I think people just need to relax and get over the us vs them thing and try and enjoy it, rather than fight it.
  9. They will be held at Phillip Island, and I think I might go. I have free accommodation there I like Dave1600s idea of people from all clubs getting together to organise, it would encourage more people from each state to attend rather than relyign on the majority of the attendees coming from near by. The downside will always be politics in these sorts of comings togethers, as has been in the past. You can only hope the people selected could be happy to co operate. Last years Nats were great, I had a ball and I was happy with how well it ran. There was a slight lack of communication, but over all well run. I considered boycotting when it was announced as a zed nats with others invited, but it didn't at all feel like a zed orientated event, not even zed only categories.
  10. Good stuff.
  11. Good to see its coming together, though a little more work is needed. It seems to sit different with the RB30 block to the RB25 block, but I don't think you have too much work to do to fit it.
  12. lol, thats the spirit!
  13. haha, my wedding anniversary day, though I am not working, I highly doubt I can attend, also with Marque in the Park on the same day, I guess I never would have come. Kinda bad planning there, though there probably aren't many who would have to make that decision that would normally attend Marque.
  14. Congrats mate
  15. Sounds like the way to go, thanks, that price just made my mind up. Though I may offer that price to an Australian company and see what they say... lol
  16. Yeh, I have heard the pads that come with them are pretty ordinary, I am still trying to decide which pads to change to.
  17. lol, shit happens hey! Good work though, way too much effort for me though, I'll stick to having sore arms for a few more years.
  18. You have the AZC Wilwoods all round don't you Chev? You weren't happy with them?
  19. Looks good Chris
  20. Mittagong would probably be cheaper. Bowral is a wealthy area, but 5 mins up the road, Mittagong isn't anywhere near as expensive, though still nice, weird really.
  21. Looks like a Bowel to me.
  22. Wow ok, I thought all that jazz was located in the splitter block in the engine bay (admittedly I never thought of removing it anyway...). Thanks mate, I'll get to it.
  23. I used Penrite, but I don't know if it was synthetic. I'll check it out thanks.
  24. Sorry, valid point... I am using the 1" JB1917 or whatever. Thanks mate, so it just needs to wear in a bit? I am just a bit concerned about driving it to wear them in when I can barely even push the car, I think they will be wearing the disks in lol.
  25. So not too long ago I installed the 4 pot Willwood setup from AZC. It all went on easily, but now, the pads are scraping on the disks and the pistons have not retracted fully when my foot is off the brake. I don't anything about how the brake fluid block jobbies in the engine bay work, could that be the problem? It was suggested that by driving the car, they may retract, but alas, that did not work and just made me nervous lol. Has anyone got any ideas whats going on? Has this happened to anyone else? Cheers Scott
