Saw a brand new Porsche 991 (911) with a NSW black and white 240 plate.

Any idea what this would be worth?. ANyone selling something interesting out there relating to 240Z ?

Nice plates, in the ACT its 3alphas 2# and an alpha eg YZG 11E

 

I got mine made out of sequence but still retaining standards plates and avoiding 500 + for personal ones

 

It is now YES-24O (o instead of zero) Stock plate, but awesome for the the car and wallet..

In Vic those would be heritage type plates and would fetch dollars around the 80-100K pretty easily. 5 digits go around the very high teens +. Not sure in NSW though..

I have these plates in WA, no idea what they would be worth with such a limited population, also, not sure what it is like in other states, but Licensing WA will no longer issue any plate that matches a make or model of a car.

Interesting stats. I have OLD 240 , nothing special, got them in B&W, would have loved the 240 plate though.

i managed to snap up MYS30 for my 260. the guy i brought it off originally had 51OWZ ( read as SLOWZ) but he didnt want to part with them. i actually had the plates ordered before i picked her up and paid for her i was that keen haha
