Hi Rosco, I'd say the heater was disconnected because the heater tap or heater core was leaking. Any how I'm sure someone will have an image that may help, if not I'll go into the garage and get what you need or you can check out our gallery.

If you look under the drivers footwell you will see where the hoses need to go.

hi evey1. thanks for the interest . tryed to post some pictures but it said the file was too big. any tips on how to use the forum?

try to host them on another site like http://imageshack.us/

just upload them to there and copy the direct link

then come here and post them in image tags

(img)http://yoururlhere(/img)

instead of the () brackets use the [] ones

either that or just use a program that will shrink the size of the image and upload it here via the way you already tried.

I use www.photobucket.com Its great as once the photos are uploaded, you just click on the url and it automatically copies, then you just paste on the thread. It also has an image code link that when clicked on auto copies then you paste it in the thread and the image or a smaller version is put onto your post, but the forum website doesnt actually host it, so there is no size limits.

eg

0407002.jpg

So that pic is being hosted by photobucket and not this website.

The actual link for it is http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w45/sco_aus/0407002.jpg

Hope that helps.

PS, that R31 is for sale if anyone is interested :D

not bad,how much was it? as it's good to keep your finger on the current market value

what plans do you have for the car?

what got you interested in them in the first place?

i got interested by accident about 17 years ago, bought a 240Z i saw in a caryard not really even looking for a car at the time....was a holden fan( had owned an XU1,HK monaro,A9X)....datsuns were for girls

it's easier and more popular to own a performance respected nissan now since the GTR's inception

imo though none better to own than a 240Z :D

keep us posted on progress

Hey nice car, time you moved to QLD then it doesn't matter if the heater doesn't work, you will have to get rid of that passenger door mirror it spoils such a good looking line maybe a better looking mirror :P

Thanks for the interest guys and sorry for late reply.

got interested in the zeds few years ago, did a bit of research on em and found out what the car realy is. Been looking for 1 for nearly a year then i found this 240.

Purchased the car for 7k. It came with L28 engine, 5 speed manual, R200 diff, average paint job, few rust spots and electrical problems.

My intentions are to restore the car, definately new paint job, but will take a bit of time and money.

Regards
