Hello everyone,

I require the part that keeps the bonnet locked down on the latch, the part that clings onto the latch.

Its the part that is under the bonnet itself. I need to know what its called, I've got no idea :S

The panel beater said maybe a bonnet lock nail?

Any suggestions anybody???

Kind Regards,

Sam

Once upon a time us panelbeaters called it a dog _ock and that is what you called it when you were ordering the part, it was also listed as that in the parts books.

The censor changed it from a dog you know what, to a dog rooster. If you mean the 's' on the end of dog, It was known only as dog _ock not dogs. :)
