I can recall a post a while ago that someone had installed a wideband O2 sensor with readout in their car. Feeling it was Sulio or even Dimitri.

Anyone have any info on best place to buy one or even make one up?

Jaycar sell a diy air/fuel meter that I used to tune my setup. Was about $60 required an 02 sensor, +12v, earth wire. Then drive around and tune away, it gives a digital readout.

Can take a pic later today

Wasn't me...I install voltmeters and other trinkets. I am planning on doing a O2 sensor but still looking for a good display.Buy a good quality 4 wire sensor if you can; means you can place the sensor anywhere along the exhaust. Just under the firewall is a good place.

Depends on your budget etc but I do like the look of the 14point7 units. see http://www.14point7.com - they have complete built or built your self setups. I have recently purchased one of the OEM eval kits as it is small and I did not want a display (ECU will record the via its Datalog).

I have an Innovate LC-1 installed in my 240. It works fine, logging through the ECM. I've had it in there for about 2 seasons now.

I recently bought the SLC_DIY from 14point7.com, actually I picked it up, since the guy that makes and sells them lives a little over an hour away from me.

So far I must say I really like the SLC and it's capabilities. I bought it because my second LC-1 that I used to tune other vehicles, would connect through my serial to USB converter, it connects fine to the serial port on my desktop though.

The native USB, built in display, and extra logging channels make this a steal for the price. I highly recommend it, even if you don't want to use the display, you can just leave that out.

The SLC_DIY took me about 4 hours to assemble.

Are you talking about Bab's Hako?

He installed an Australian Tech Edge Wideband o2 sensor kit with no readout.

The kit costed $256~

His install and build thread is located on another forum though. However even though it is a HakoL28, the install should be the same for the 240Z.

I bought and installed an Innovate LM-2 so I could data log it versus other channels.  I'm hoping to log AFR versus RPM, TPS and MAP.  Only have AFR and RPM at the moment.  Great little unit, though its having trouble reading from my pertronix unit so I'm trying to convert the signal to a square wave.  It's amazing what you can find out about your engine swimming through the sea of data it can record.
