Hi, a quick introduction.

My son and I own a 260z two seater and a 240z. We had a 240z we used for marque sports car events. I noticed it showed up in the "spotted" segment.

Anyway we bought the 260 about eight and a half years ago.

At the time the car had run a turbo L26 with Gnose a metal flared guards.

It had an accident with front damage.

Anyway we have been at it a long time, it now has the following;

Front air dam MSA type

L28 with triple webers

8 inch mags, 15 inch dia

Lots of replaced or refurbished parts.

We will post up some fotos in the future.

We are in Geelong Vic, but only one of us is unfortunately a Cats supporter.

We did the sprints in the old 240z it was blue on  top of white. Did that till late 2005. It was pretty rough but we had heaps of fun. I will get fotos up when I can reduce their file size.

I remember there was one particularly nice one. We were mid field usually. Made a lot of friends doing it. My brother ran a red 260z so we were mainly trying to beat him.

Welcome to the forum and lets hope you sort the L28 issues. Talking of the cats I was watching the game on the tube (yes we get AFL here in NZ on SkyTV - reminds me of the few years I live in Melbourne) vs the pies and the guy who now is in my old role in Melbourne is big pies fan. So I had to SMS him and give him a hard time.

YOUNGGI, glad to know there is someone else in the area. Sometimes it is hard to get things like the other day going for RWC we had to find wheels, luckily a guy in Queenscliff I know had a set to borrow.

Be good to catch up some time.
