S30Mike Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 Locky ive got similair 6-3-1s as above and they go great. Cant comment on the 6-1s. Quote
roastbeef Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 SWR in sydney do a set http://www.swmotorsport.com/ $450 They won't break the bank and they are built strong, but whether or not you will see any performance change from what you have already is doubtful. Quote
stevo_gj Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 The ones in your pic roastbeef I think are just the coated version of the one he linked in his original post. I think he is looking for extractors with tuned length :-\ Quote
C.A.R. Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 Dave at AZC is very good to deal with apprently. Some ehaust shops will make a set up for you, but don't expect it to be cheap. Kenmeri in Japan also make extractors, but you'll very, VERY deep pockets... Quote

Eiji at Datsun Spirit might be able to help you get these? http://blog.livedoor.jp/datsunspirit/archives/51070054.html#comments Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted July 15, 2009 Moderators Posted July 15, 2009 Excuse the little detour, but thanks for that pic Gavin, bought a set of extractors from ebay and was trying to identify them. They look very similar to those! Itching to try them out to see how they work. Apparently the 6 into 1's work the best I've heard. Quote
RB30X Posted July 15, 2009 Posted July 15, 2009 OMG, you bought them off ebay I'm pretty sure they're nothing special, you should sell them to me. Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted July 15, 2009 Moderators Posted July 15, 2009 If you're surprised I found them on ebay, you won't believe how much I paid....They were from Tassie. Locky, I'm sure for around the $500 mark you can get some headers made in tuned length; zed headers aren't that complex. Ask around some exhaust places. Just do heaps of research to find out lengths and diameters etc.. Quote
S30Mike Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 Locky, Carline exhausts in Gladesville did mine and they did it at a great price, for good quality job and materials. Top blokes to deal with as well. Quote
Mr240z Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 If you're surprised I found them on ebay, you won't believe how much I paid....They were from Tassie. My guess is $84.00...........I know all.. Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted July 16, 2009 Moderators Posted July 16, 2009 Pauly, you're not one of those "watchers" on most of my auctions are you? good guess BTW.. hehehehe Quote
S30Mike Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 hahaha pauly is ALWAYS one of those watchers, only at the least. I just know he is the mongrel snapping up all the good bits all the time! Quote
Mr240z Posted July 16, 2009 Posted July 16, 2009 Mikey I'm watching everyone...Even you. I nearly got enough zed parts to build another one...Hehe, Bid hard or go home.. Quote

(Locky) Posted July 16, 2009 Author Posted July 16, 2009 hmmmmmm well i got a reply and the extractors are to big to be sent from usa some of the ones on yahoo actions are porn........... but worth more than my wheels so that rules them out  my exhaust is going to get done at a local shop, i think they can manage a pipe, but dont trust them making extractors Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted July 16, 2009 Administrators Posted July 16, 2009 Mikey I'm watching everyone...Even you. I nearly got enough zed parts to build another one...Hehe, Bid hard or go home.. Are you watching me? My username on ebay is really tricky, you'll never guess what it is. Tip: People should feel free to outbid me, honestly your doing me a favor. I don't need Z parts while I'm working overseas, but sometimes I just can't help myself. The adrenaline rush of clicking the place bid button is almost too much . I'm going to have a lie down now. Quote
Administrators gav240z Posted July 16, 2009 Administrators Posted July 16, 2009 My guess is $84.00...........I know all.. That's a good price. I'd be very happy with that. Quote
