I think the type of event also comes into it. This is one of the reasons we need to raise money for the club so we can officially register the club, however that's a debate for another time, the first thing we need to do is arrange consistent meeting times and dates and get the interest in Z's around Australia at an all time high . ChiprZ Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 I am pretty sure i can make it... just have to wait and see if i have a running car or not. In a rush to make the train yesterday i left my lights on and killed my battery. After waiting 50mins for RACV to arrive he told my my alternator isnt charging properly (or maybe it was generator). Now again my car wont start which i think is because of the battery (so it is currently charging). If i have a working car i will be there. The other car....well if this had of been the other week i could have had 2 cars there for a photo shoot but i only just started ripping everything out and it is no longer driveable. Will keep posted as to my presence Quote

I thought we could meet up at the docks which are usually quite good for pics but last time I was there I did'nt take notice of dock numbers. I'll check the Melways tonight and post further details. Of course you'll only need that tripod once the sun starts setting but your all welcome to use mine if you have'nt got one. For people with little digi cams like I have I've found it's useful to have the little pocket fold out tri pods (about $10 from Teds Cameras) that work just as well if you can find a good spot to rest it on and of course set your camera up on the right manual settings for the light levels. I also posted this one in my gallery on CLASSICZ. It would be very interesting if you saw this photo anywhere other than the latter, you never know where they can end up being posted.
