  1. I frequent a forum with a lot of guys who own Subbies and they can't stand it. I'm glad I have the current shape.
  2. If anyone is interested I belong to a forum based on cars and photography. Though you might be interested. They have weekly themed photo competitions and lots of discussion on car related stuff. http://www.carandimage.com/forums/index.php My user name is Anthony over there as well
  3. it was a great day. I think they had 7500 spectators. Datsuns were light on the ground. Saw the one posted above and another 260 2+2. There were also two late 60's model Fairladies, a 2000 and a 1600. It would be great to make a huge day of it next year. It's great to see a line up of the same make of car. The Celica club had a great turn out, I think I saw over 20 70's model cars.
  4. Thought some of you might be interested in some pics. Check out this link: http://www.carandimage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=537 Anyone interested in a group buy!!!! Anthony
  5. That's right. I saw it on Matt's gallery. Great photo Matt
  6. I'm sure I've seen this picture before in another gallery
  7. you got me thinking  , so i did a bit of a search. I love google. Modified and alternative exhaust systems are permitted if they satisfy the following requirements: The exhaust outlet must extend at least 40 mm beyond the furthermost outboard or rearmost joint of the floor pan which is not continuously welded or permanently sealed which could permit direct access of exhaust gases to the passenger compartment, but must not protrude beyond the perimeter of the vehicle when viewed in plan. check out this link: http://www.myholden.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1526&sid=ac2f64c3617cc633ed4e7d601dbb5714 It is a post from myholden.com but the same laws apply. Don't know if the link works but give it a go. It lists a whole lot of regulations. It might help some of those rebuilding their cars .
  8. there might be an issue with the roadworthyness of the car. I think there is a clause in regards to how far the exhaust can stick out of the rear of the car, not 100% sure though. Anyone know?
