My former car up for sale again.

Sportclassic sold to someone in Qld a few years ago from what I was told.

Now back at Sportclassic.

If it was converted back to a road car I'd buy it.

out of curiosity do you know roughly how many two seater 280zx's  were brought in to aus vs the 2+2?
I've personally never seen one

I believe all the 2 seaters are private imports. I'd be surprised if there was more than 20 here to be honest.

Only 1 I ever saw in person was Simon's black car that sold recently.

Not aware of that distinctive 2+0 ever being in Q, may have kept a low profile of course. I imported my 2+0 from Japan back in the day, it wasn't easy to find a good one then.

Forum member @rubberman has a lovely one in Adelaide with an L20 in it.

I'm a bit rubbery on S130Z specs, but sounds like a Japanese market Fairlady Z - which I believe came with L20A engines (fuel injected). So technically not a 280zx :).

referring to "Fairlady Roadster to 280ZX-The Z-Car Story" by Brian Long, The S130 series Fairlady range boasted no fewer than 10 models. 2 litre Z-L, Z-T & Z in both 2 seater and 2+2 and 2.8 litre 280Z-L & 280Z-T
