Hi folks,

For a historic Datsun rally car restoration I'm searching for a Jidosha Kiki fuel pump, possibly used in late (?) model 260Z, see attached pics.

It's possible to still buy something that is similar brand new, but I'm after one with a nice 'old skool' patina, but still works of course.

Thanks,

Jeff

Do you know the part no.? That might help you?

Hmm, the part number gets a little tricky because I have the Sports Option part number, but not the standard 260Z (or whatever else they came in) part number.

Sports Option Part number is:

17010-A7600

As I mentioned in the first post, you can still buy them brand new, but I have one old one and the set-up I'm aiming for requires two.

Yahoo Japan is my back-up plan if a local source can't be found. Somewhere I've heard they came out in some 720 utes as well.

Thanks for your interest.

There is a need for two pumps as I'm restoring a historic rally car (Stanza) and that's the set-up it had. It's an authenticity thing...

Oops, did I let the cat out of the bag about not needing it for a Zed?

Nice patina :-)

l have tracked one down out of a 280C, just waiting to hear back on postage cost.

Thanks for your message, if this other one doesn’t work out l will be in touch.

OK, got my two fuel pumps, fitted new OEM filters, added suitable brass elbows etc but now find I don't have enough original hose clamps (don't want to use Tridon type).

Does anyone have a 260Z service manual or parts list that shows the hose clamp on the 5/16" hose fittings on the electric pump? Hoping to try my luck with Nissan to see if they're still available.

Thanks,

Jeff
