S30 Seat Rails

Hey Guys

 

Just looking to see if anyone knows what non factory seat rails would fit on the S30 seats and chasis? The rails I hd on the Recaros had been botched up really bad, not worh fixing

I've just been sorting out seat rails for my 240 and didn't find anything and so chased second hand. One thing became apparent is that there are two ways the seats mount.

 

On my 240 the bolts go straight down through the rail into mounting rail in the floor. On 260s the seat rails folds over the front so the bolt goes in from the front. So you would need to check your car to work out which ones you need to be chasing.

Some early 260z models also had the straight down bolts.

How many of those black spacer things were supplied from factory?

 

My drivers had none and passengers had 3 on each bolt by the time I got the car.

My trimmer decided they weren't important and I got them back in a bag of parts lol

I will need to check the brackets on the car next time I head out to the panel beaters. From what I can see in the picture the holes are on the top of the seat brackets on the floors. inside was a little messy but its all media blasted and epoxy
