Brake And Fuel Line P-Clip Rubbers

Has anyone found a source of insulator rubbers (photo below) that fit the original engine bay 3/16" brake line P-clips?

Anyone had them remade out of polyurethane?

I see the ZCar Depot sells a 240Z Fuel and Brake Insulator kit made out of polyurethane.

They  will not sell the insulators separately even though it contains the P-clips that I want.

Will purchase if you have some OK ones.

There are plenty of aftermarket ones. White plastic though.

Like other Zed stockists they will only sell the complete kit for a 240Z.
I'm looking at 3-D printing these clamp rubbers as that way I can make as many as people want for not a lot of $'s.

Step 1 is getting an accurate CAD drawing file.

Step 1 complete

3-D printing tonight to check material and finish. There are lots of filaments available. It's a matter of trial and error to get one that best mimics the rubber look and spreads over the tubing.

No. Only three of them are from the 77'.
The two fuel hose block only suits early NZ 260Z's.
The small single brake line clamp suits 240, 260, 280Z's and probably some other Dats I am yet to discover

Step 2 Produce prototypes. Complete. The material selected has good flexibility to open up for fitting of the tubes.

I have also had some wire harness clips reproduced.

 

 

Step 3 is producing these in volume,
Due to the time it takes to print it is not economical to sell just one or two of these blocks. 
So sale of the blocks will be by minimum order quantity- e.g a firewall kit or a complete front to back fuel and brake line kit..
