AndBir Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Not that there are many screws in a Zed however I have found that those that are there can be hard to get turning especially with a standard Phillps head screwdriver. I bit the bullet and purchased a set of screwdrivers with some JIS heads from Rhino Tools. I see they currently have some JIS screwdriver sets on sale and using the discount voucher code SAV10 you can get an extra 10% off. https://rhinotools.com.au/product-category/electricians-tools/screwdrivers/ Quote
Moderators PB260Z Posted May 16, 2017 Moderators Posted May 16, 2017 Great Tip. JIS screwdrivers are great, especially when working on Carburettors or Japanese motorbikes. I am very happy with mine. dat2kman Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Do they do just a phillips head set? Cant seem to see it. The flat blades are a bit pointless, A double set of Phillips style would be preferable! Quote
AndBir Posted May 17, 2017 Author Posted May 17, 2017 Looks like Rhino tools only have Vessel JIS & blade sets: https://rhinotools.com.au/brand/vessel-screwdrivers/?gclid=CPDo2d7W9dMCFQiAvQodnV0ENQ Your other option maybe eBay: https://www.ebay.com.au/p/?iid=301966004040&chn=ps&&&chn=ps Quote
andyk_79 Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 Is it worth consolidating this thread into the existing one on the same topic? Quote
