Triple manifold

G,day zedarians,

Names mark and i be lookin 4 a triple carby manifold if anyone can elp me wit this that b great.

scootag6@hotmail.com also in my town there is a guy up the road selling a 260Z 2+2 4 $800. It be missin front and rear bars and door trims but i have been told it's a goer.

If you dont have much luck, you might have to go and get one from.......Autobarn. They stock Redline manifolds for triples for L series..... $300 ish from memory

I have done a bit of research with these items so i might just jot it down,

tokyo_2u an ebayer starts second hand one's at $150 with $75 dollars postage but i don't see them that often.

FBI Australia (Ebay again) has redline triples for $330 + $20 postage.

Autobarn sell them for $377 can have them in 3-5 days.

Autopro can get them for around $390.

tweakit.com offer them for $374.37 plus postage but u do get store credit when you buy anything.

And finally (my favourite) gem parts australia (Ebay) sell them for $425 plus postage.

This may come in handy for anyone else for future reference.......or not.

problem with tweakit is that they have ITB setups as well .So you go there to buy something and you end up buying ITB setups instead !

Got a quote on postage, $75 to Australia so i think that's the best deal i can find.

I'd be getting clarification on that Scootag.

$US320 + $US101 for the Manifold & linkage kit.

 

If you did what Sulio did & ring Redline Direct, he got his manifold for $290 + linkages.

I initially installed a Lynx manifold and Lynx linkage kit. The manifold was from another model car so changed it to a Redline which positions the linkage bar inline with the old one and enables you to use the stock firewall connection. Very neat and handy.

 

The Redline manifold was $290 + $20 shipping to my door from redline direct. Buy a decent linkage kit as the rubbish Lynx kit I bought from Gem parts for $120 was useless with this plastic rose joints which I ended up replacing.

 

My advise to you is use the Redline manifold and just check to see that their linkage kit is actaully the quality required and buy it also direct if dollars are ok with you. Save your self alot of piss farting around and do it properly the first time.

 

Good luck with it Mark, looking forward to seeing it running. Please advise o fthe set up when done so I can update the spreadsheet I have going for tripple Dells.

Hi Guys, I just had a look at the Jam Engineering website and this looks like a good deal . $320.00 online price for Cannon Manifold,Linkages and installation hardware ( p/n 99003.829 ). Of course you have to email them for freight costs on top. It looks like the packaging says for racing use only in USA. I think there is only one vacuum outlet for the brake booster. I have a redline manifold with my triples but they are not on the car at the moment till I get a spare head. Regards David.

          I just received an email from John Moulton and the Price is $320.00 US for every thing in the photo. Manifold ,Linkage and installation hardware. Postage to Australia is $75.00 US . That is S&H + insurance with USPS ( Priority Mail International ). I tried to include the email but it will not allow me to. Guess i'm not too good with computers. Regards David.

So with the conversion rate that's about $420 - $430 Australian. Seeing as it has the Good linkages and all the mounting hardware seems to be the best deal online.

I would assume that the "Race Use Only" tag could have something to do with Emission outputs. Still i'm goin for it.
