Hi All,

 

I'm a new member and very new to Forum type messaging, I've recently purchased my first ever Datsun...a 1975 260Z 2+2, it's in very original good condition and will require work to bring it up to a good standard (long term project), I'll be searching loads of queries that I have regarding lots of topics, I'll probably be asking a few questions along the way also, I'll post a couple of photo's up soon.

You will find the answers to most questions quickly within this forum. If you can't find an answer just ask and I am sure someone will know the answer.

Just a small tip, at least try and find the answer first

Hi, and welcome,

I am also a new member, and new to forums, but not to zeds. I feel excited for you, as I truly know the enjoyment a zed brings to our lives. There great to work on, and even better to drive. They're now at that age where the next generation stops to admire them. Even my ride, a S130. Last time I was at a takeaway shop, a crowd of teenagers had their mobiles out taking photos. ENJOY

I feel privileged to own such a classic car, i can see (reading around on this website) just how enthusiastic Zed owners are.....great stuff, my kids love it and my wife is supportive as well!! (I can't ask for much more!), I'm looking forward to learning all about this iconic car. 

 

....now i just need to work out how to use this forum..upload photo's etc. :-\

Its good that the missus and kids are enthusiastic.....that will last approx 1.5 weeks.
