Almost got the lady on the road. Suspension sorted, went the normal route of lowered 1" King springs and KYB shocks and struts. I was surprised that the 33 year old suspension had not sagged at all, also replaced the bump stops. My partner and myself both groaned as we lowered ourselves into the car, I am glad I am going to enjoy the car know rather than later. Blue slipped passed with flying colours. Unfortunately Shannons sent the green slip to the wrong address. Should be sorted tomorrow, I know Saturday, but will pay with debit card and get registered.
Car is not as original as I would want, happy with the suspension, but I upholstered the hood lining in velour, and the two rear sections in the hatch area in a non original vinyl, (not the spare wheel compartment). Would appreciate any help with acquiring the appropriate materials to correct. Not that many people would pick. Anyway, just a update before I can take some new photos of the girl on the road.
