I'm not much help Gordo, the ones from my parts car are on the ricey.

 

Have you tried Dimitri, or even Lurch he had some suspension parts and spares up for sale a while ago?

Thanks for your replies, Fuzzydropbear got back to me and has a set of hubs, but was already doing a deal with gillteck. (John). So John is posting some hubs down. Thanks again John.

Anyone know why some hubs are narrower between bearings?

But it's news to me that some hubs (240Z?) are narrower.....must have been redesigned for the heavier 260 I suppose.

Maybe Gordon can advise his findings?

Yes the 240z and 260z hubs are a different off set. The wheel offset is the same but the disc offset is 10mm bigger on the 260 hub. So the the 240 hub is 15mm thick from the disc to wheel bolt surfaces, and the 260z hub is 25mm thick, there for making the 260z disc sit 10mm closer to the strut.

 

The hubs that Simon had where 22.5mm but the inner and outer bearings were 20mm closer together . Maybe off a smaller datto, like 120y or similar .

This has highlighted how hard, simple parts are becoming, to get your hands on.

Simon, this may be true, but like me and the other guys its nice to keep an assortment of spares in the shed. You never know when you might need them. So some advice, if you have room try and buy a cheep 2+2 and keep,it for spares.
