just some pics , just putting it all together to work it all out , am happy to say i have worked all the belt and oil and water problems , and have worked out piston shape and comp ,  spec will be 89 bore 89 stroke  12.1 comp 76 works cams and 6.1 pipes and drysump with 50mm Weber carbs , with the head flowing 312 cfm , hp should be 425  , that's 125 per L @ 9000 rpm

Sorry peter, i was drooling over the pics in the first post

and didn't read the writing, if i had of done that i wouldn't have

needed to ask.

 

With my Rb30 head L I'm drilling into the head bolt hole to feed

oil to the top does the Rb26 head need the same sort of thing done.

Just like your head Ledge , there is 2 plugs in the head that are removed and i have fitted 2 -3 fittings to feed the oil in and i will suck the oil out with the drysump pump with a fitting in the back of the head , it will not have any breathers in the covers ,
