tir33d Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 As some of you would know from my posts my life changed recently. After 14 yrs of marriage and 10 years of no contraception, finally my wife and I have a little (very little) bundle of joy. On Sept 8 we welcomed Shelby Louella Ryan to the world, born at just 1.890 kg (or 4 pounds). The little tacker has gone from strength to strength, never lost any weight and came home from the hospital after just one week weighing just under 2kg. http://i1011.photobucket.com/albums/af236/tir33d1/photo.jpg Now although I had the final decision on the name, my wife Bec actually suggested it first. Poor girl, not only is she named after an all time great in the ford world, but she also has SLR as her intials. Ford > Holden........ Poor thing. But I digress, I wonder if there is any room on this Z website for a AC cobra build up. Gotta build my girl a car that is synonamous with her name I think. Quote
jamo240 Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Congrats tir33d. I too have a daughter named Shelby, who's now 11, and I have caught the Shelby Cobra questions all down the years, so get used to that! And yes, there is room for an AC buildup...my daughter wants me to build her one, so although I've put it off for a while, at the age she's at, it's getting on time to start! Hope things continue to go well for you all. Cheers Jamo Quote
Sirpent Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Big Congrats ! Always great to see the next generation coming through on this forum regardless of gender ! I always wanted a girl and know that if I had been blessed with one Im sure she would have taken an interest in my car one way or another. Cheers John Quote
