  1. Should of put a better caveat my apologies. I cannot say i'm 100% sure that heart beat has affiliations with Edward Lees, however within the past year a number of import yards have closed, popped up, change names, etc.. it's hard to keep track. Just did a quick check of ABNs, can't see a link as it was only registered in July this year. However, I don't know about anyone else here and maybe i'm being very judgemental.. but Parramatta Road is the last place I would go to spend 80K on an import given the circumstances. IMO
  2. Sunrise, heatbeat.. It's the all the same people. Google Edward Lees Imports and read some of the articles. Or the current affair segment.. Could very well be an excellent car, but for that kind of money, I personally wouldn't take the gamble.
  3. I'll take wheel nuts if they're still available. Located in Canberra 2612 if you wanted to check postage or I'm happy to add another $10 on your asking price. PM your bank details. Cheers, Stephen.
  4. As the title says; I'm requiring a pair of lower control arms. Let me know what you have. Cheers, Stephen.
  5. I've got it. To be frank, it's a mess. However, engine has been dismantled and machined, open to offers for block and head. At present, 1mm overbore and ready to assembly. Head is complete and untouched, ready for rebuild/porting. Turbo, ECU, EFI setup is currently spoken for. Dat2Kman, can you tell me if there's any casting numbers or tell tale signs to tell the difference between an L20 and L28 exhaust manifold? I'll confirm this publically before selling. -Stephen.

  9. I'm looking at sending a set for struts away to either MCA or Suspension Concepts for coilovers in my 260. Recently, a friend of mine replaced his standard struts for coilovers in his 240. The idea was I'd send the 240 struts off to save me leaving my car on stands for weeks until I get the coilovers back. Now. my understanding is that there's a different in the tide diameter of the rear struts. However, the mounting point between the rear arm and strut bottom is the same. Will this idea work? Any difference/benefits running the larger diameter tubes? Thanks in advance. Stephen.

    Fender Flares - Wtb

    Thanks gents, I'm on it!
  11. Just by luck, I picked up a set of Wats 16X9 -13. The impatient side of me wants these on the Z asap, I mean who wouldn't right? I'm about to put an order for Marugen Shoukai flares through RHDjapan, wait time unknown. I had bought a fibreglass set from topstage thinking they would be the beez kneez, however completely disappointed. Just seeing by the off chance, is there anyone who has a set in storage or sitting on a shelf that could help a brother out? Happy to pay cash or replace with equivalent. Cheers, Stephen.
  12. Food for thought. I probably should put a disclaimer up for haters and keyboard warriors... but meh. So my current setup is 15X7 with zero offset running 225/50's. See pics. Now this sounds very daring and hear me out. But I'd love to run a dish with neg offset; http://www.performancewheels.com.au/product/superlite-15/ Lets say I was to go for the 15X10 on rear, and providing that the tyre is stretched to a degree.. these are the following measurements I came up with with a -26, a -12 and zero offset; Thoughts? If that's too extreme, maybe the Atara's 15X9 -13 offset running a 235/45/15
