The Anti stall dip you had before does work. (this is the cool thing with this distributor its not a recurved but programmable) I am using it and with this, mine idles even when it goes to 500 rpm. With 7° mine would never run. Try once at your first curve to take off point 4 and point 5, set point 6 to 3000rpm. I will try soon to use the manifold vacuum and programm it above 1500rpm to kick in.

Yes, I do have the in europe and australia common 3 piece box and I love the gear ratios. 2.9 first. (Cool speed up to 70km/h). The newer are 3.3 or so. Synchron rings and bearings are avail. in Australia. (the whole kit around 800$) What would fail on it and is there a way to make it stronger?

How mutch can a FS5C71A handle? I will have the engine stroked to 2.7 with ported head, 460 lift cam, tripple weber. I hope for 220 ft lbs. and 170 to 190 WHP. It will be just street driven but also in the Swiss mountains with a lot of 180° turns and full brake/accelerations. (I'm not a burn out guy but after clutch release a stump on it one.)
