I know it’s early days yet, but some like to plan ahead. For the Victorian guys there will be a group meeting at Coldstream roadhouse coffee shop and departing at 7.00am on Thursday morning 28th of November. Heading up through Yea, Bonnie Doon, and on to the Hume freeway stopping at the Road House just after Wangaratta at about 9.50am. Meeting others coming from Melbourne. plan on arriving at Bathurst between 4.30pm And 5.00pm. Two guys coming from Tassie on Wednesday are welcome to crash at my house for the night.

Just bumping this for our next Drive day on Sunday. Heading up to Eildon. Meet at Supercheap Auto Lilydale 8.30am and drive at 9.00am. Bring a CB radio if you have one. See you there.

Next Sunday 3rd of February. Heading out to Eildon via Yarra Glen Healesville Black Spur Marysville Taggity. 8.30am meat 9.00am drive. Well try and find a nice spot on the lake or pond for a few pics. bring a CB radio if you have one.

Haha. One of the great drives. No rain, no traffic. The GTR was on fire, well the tail pipe was, couldn’t believe we had a car free run all the way. A few wet patches of road on the Reefton Spur. But the Lake Mountain road was dry. Was thinking if I had a passenger today they would had pooped there pants. Was as good as any track day. You would pay good money to have a run like today.

Looks like most of the rain has passed. I’ll be there regardless. Rain hail or snow. Already had a few calls with guys still keen. The spirited drive gets down graded to just a drive.lol.

Ok, this will be our last drive day for the year. Back buy most requested we will drive out to Warburton and make our way up the Reefton Spur and across to Lake Mountain and stopping there for a regroup. We meet at Lilydale Supercheap Carpark at 8.30qm and Drive at 9.00am. See you there.

I had a chat with some of the Vic guys today. They are very keen for this event. Some to do the race track and some for show and shine. But mainly they just want to be a part of what’s going to be a huge weekend of Motorsport heaven. Hopefully the convoy up the Hume hwy will be long and strong.

I’m sure someone will find a way to get them working. Fuse ,relay and earth thing out are a zed problem. Then it could be a switch. I have some to try.
