Got a good suprise today! i found that the L26 that came in my 240 has flat top pistons, and it cant have been done long ago because the hone marks in the bore look as though it was done yesterday! Cant wait for the Weber's now! Got some extractors yesterday to! from a bloke down the road. (he once had a 2+2) sorry about the small piks, i got a new HTC phone, and i can get the KB size down and keep a big pik like i could with my old phone. Yer thanks so much for that! it came up awesome!

ill stick with the l26 to start with, then ill save up for triple webs, then save a bit more and sell the trips for a computer for my turbo set up :-) keeping the l26 though you can come around after Ive cleaned me shed! hahaha, or you wont be able to get in and have a look :-) i have plenty of time to work on the car but no time to clean up

Hi all, I'm after the rubber boot, that seals the gear stick to the body- the pik shows exactly what I'm after Thanks for all you help oh and a clutch (presure plate and clutch disk), any one have a new or good s/h they want to sell? id get one from the shop but im trying to save some cash :-)

I used a 260z brake pedal bolt for my 240 clutch pedal, there the same :-)

if i had 10k like you do, id probably find the cheapest 2 seater i can, Say 5-7k- get it on the road, then slowly fix it up while i drive it. or get a r32/3/4 skyline, but that's me. Ive had classics as my only car afew times now (datsun 1600-2602+2) and.. well.. the climate controlled, noiseless, odorless,bumpless, environment, with a nice stereo and fuel injected turbo (and almost 0 maintenance IF its a nissan) - is something that you do miss :-) but then again if you do have a modern car as your only car, The thrill of a light , fun, head turning classic will always be something desired! hmmm, how about a 5k 240z (to be fixed up) and a 5k r32! awsome collection!

hay man, any piks of ya Z?

Has any one had any experience with F/G hatch lids? What do they fit like? are the hinge mounts strong enough? I'm mostly concerned about how they look. even if you have seen one, did it look like it fitted ok? i can get a F/G one but im having trouble finding a metal one, well, no one wants to help me any way- There to busy- dont have one- got one but wont sell it- wont get back to me- wont send it..... ahhhhhhh. any help apreciated

Hi all, just trying to get an idea of what mufflers look SIK (for my 240) Please post a pik of what you like, or even what you have- heres a pik of a muffler i found that looks mad!

if you have a look at ebay aloy radiators, you will notice that some are around 200 some are 400 bucks. you could try and find a radiatotr that is the right size with the pipes in the right spots, like a vn v8 commodore one and make a few mods to fit it, so you can save some money Thats what i will do. (my dad just did it with a p76). even tho a com one or a skyline one is similar size to a 240z one, the 240 one is twice the price!, duznt make sense to me :-)

a bit of paint on, 1 mnth and 23 days spent, engine bay done! now i gota rebuild the engine!

any one want to buy some personalised plates or know somone whos would like them?? there off my 1600, Blue and white XX 1600 (vic) good cond. small marks around the bolt holes $200. ono. CHEAP!!!!
