  1. Would love to come along Rev, and catch up with everyone! if you could send me a PM it would be appreciated.
  2. Hey guys long time away.... Back to finding a daily driver, tring to chase minimal rust (none if possible) mechanically sound 260z 2+2 or 2 seater. Probably can only afford a nice 2+2 preferably located in Victoria (would be willing to travel interstate if interested). If you have been thinking of selling your 2+2 or 2 seater send us a pm. If you guys know of anyone on the ground in the forums contemplating this please help! As i dont have a car at the moment and need to get back on the road. stock or restored. Price Range 6k-13k Have been keeping an eye on: Cars For Sale (3rd Party sites) Thread. I know what i want will be inside these forums and would love to be contacted! Cheers Gus

  4. great buy.. looking nice.
  5. + 1 lurch helpful guy, just so pleasant and nice.
  6. ps. rev build another 2+2 so i can buy it.
  7. thanks rev and lurch for putting on the day, really interesting and learned a stack!
  8. It has a v6 chev 4.3lt motor and 5 speed tremec box. It has a r200 lsd diff upgrade also
  9. um, i havent got a 260z, i was offered a 260z with 4.2ltr V6 looks like a no go.. as for driving skills i know anything can happen im not stupid driver, but i know that doesn't mean i can't crash. For insurance sake once i purchase my car probably will be registered in my parents name.. otherwise isn't worth it with my rating costing in excess of like $2,750 260z 2+2 is just a car i like i wouldn't say it's my dream car. Maybe a 240z would be.
  10. 260z 2+2 http://www.carsguide.com.au/site/search/vehicle-details/D_14453444/@N=4294962119+418++557+4294965578+468&type=cars&searchType=3&vehicleType=3&pos=1
  11. well the 260z has a 4.2lts v6 chev with a upgraded diff to a r200... i wouldnt be able to drive this due to its over the engine capacity and aswell as the engine not being offered at factory. (or am i wrong?) so am i aloud to drive a l28 in a 260z? i didn't think i would be seeming though it wasn't offered at factory. cheer angus.
  12. hey guys, question.. if i bought a 260Z with a non original engine.. would i be able to swap back the l26 with relative ease if the diff has been changed... how much money would it cost to be done my a mechanic? how easy is it to find l26's for sale seeming though im on my p's
  13. hey, dave have you done much since i saw you? can't wait to see this thing finished.. ps. still Z hunting hopefully find something soon... tell you when i do! angus.
  14. you have done a pretty nice job on the centre console if you ask me.... what you do to it? did you repaint it? clean.
  15. i stumbled on these links a few days ago coincidentally, the second was is sold, it went for $7500 which sounds pretty cheap.... the ad has been up there since last year. So i dont know if that white one would still be for sale aswell.
