o sh!t, see i dont have that outside threaded nut bit thats ment to be on the cable unless its slid down the cable. thanks for the help

so u dont actually use the thread? i can get the center bit that spins to go inside the gauge but its seems like it just sits there? wouldnt it fall out

okay im just wondering how the speedo is connected, i understand all the lighting, wiring, trip reset and etc. i just cant figure out how the main lead from the gearbox connects to the center of the speedo. im thinking maybe i have lost a joiner or bolt or something. are they ment to just screw together??? cheers tom

not sure, its on the drivers side of the engine bay. its got an after market air con so might be. im a few km's away to check at the moment but will have a proper look on the weekend

yeah but he thinks some previous owner might of installed it, as its got an L28 and all other dodgy little after market thingy jiggys.

while showing off the z to a friend he noticed a bracket and stuff and suggest that the the car once had power steering....however im reluctant to believe him. so how do you tell???

im wondering if anyone whos where i can buy a set of cylinders for the ignition, hatch and doors? atm i have a seperate key for each lock and just been to a locksmith who says he cannot match them to one key or get his hands on new locks. :-\ any help would be great cheers tom

been emailing allzpartz.com and they quote "we can also supply the rear spoiler that goes behind the rear bar and wraps around the back they cost $380.00 email back if you want us to sent a pic of the spoiler to you thanks warren" anyone have this or know what it looks like or anything?? cheers jetson
