The official website of Kodansha Comics has confirmed that a Wangan Midnight live action movie will be open in theaters over the summer. Similar to the manga / anime plot, the theatrical release will be focused on a high school student named Akio Asakura who salvages the "Devil Z," a custom-tuned Datsun Fairlady S30Z with a supposedly cursed history. The movie is going to star Yuichi Nakamura, Ryōko Kobayashi, Kazuki Katou, Megumi Matsumoto, and Yoshihiko Hakamada. Good thing with an SR20 is you can mount it close to the firewall and have a lighter, Front-Midship engined car with some decent power too.

FYI that 370Z Widebody isn't real, it's a 'buildable concept' artwork by Jonsibal. Cool idea, I think it would work better if you smoothed over the bolt-holes in the flares.

First of all, it's Wankel. Second of all, they are awesome. Third, [placeholder for witty comment when I can think of one]. I dunno hey, I've never really hated one car or another, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. I can see why people love different types of cars and I've got nothing against it. In a way it's similar to 2+2's vs 2 seaters and RB conversions vs V8 conversions vs L series. One isn't better than the other, just different.
