    This thing is a serious piece of Candy, very addictive. A few problem crept up on the test drive Tailshaft needs a balance Indicators are a hit/ miss atm Needs a cooling system flush Needs a cleveland thermostat Only one wheel locks up on full handbrake LH exhaust is too low Floor plugs All in all it's just little teething problems, nothing serious and the brakes are excellent. At least i have a month to sort them out. The way it chirps into second is just soo strong . I'm aiming for full rego this year then a switch to club rego.

    We did that on Sam's (Bozo) Zed and even with a rear disc conversion his stock master cylinder worked perfect.

    Like it lots, the diameter of the wheel means nothing in the national code. It's all about width.

    Internal miscommunication with the engineers has now meant that the first date i can get for testing is April 2. Some people should never go into "Semi Retirement" I will be taking this one to Phillip Island on a permit or trade plates.

    I got nothing with the vehicle, i know it came from the other side of Melbourne and i tried to contact the ebay member but no reply. I doubt if any of this makes a difference now. Anyway the permit is active now, i'll go get some juice and pick up Dale.

    Here we go again! Hey you can redrill the number plate brackets, if you take off the interior rear trim you'll see what i mean. i drill them out and either use locknuts on the inside or drill out the spot welds on the tabs and turn them around.

    Holden V8's fit very similar to the chev. I tell you now that the Ford V8 engines are way harder to fit and nobody makes kits for them.

    Interesting time at Vic Roads today as they could find no record of this vehicle ever being registered in Australia. Not sure what that means but by the amount of worn parts on it i'm sure it has been used.

    Yea those phillips ones are garden variety found in most datsuns.     Agreed, the 260Z ones are upside down compared to 240Z. Harder to find too.

    Anyone chasing one? Bench tested, unmolested and only missing one black knob. Has antenna switch and no damage. Also has original mounting brackets.

    Ok i ended the item and i'll get it boxed up and get you a price on postage next week. As for a donation i know the bank detail are on here so i will find them and point you in the right direction. You'll want a new drier but get one from your regasser, they are inexpensive.

    Yea he's on to me he needs the evaporator heater box inside the cabin to complete it. Heaven knows you need it up North.
