I'll step in and say what some of the guys must be thinking but are too shy to say. Always up for a good laugh but this is in poor taste Lurch and co. I'm a bit disgusted to be honest. Playing with peoples hopes is sick. If I was one of the guys that got excited by the prospect of finally finding what I needed only to be laughed at I would be dirty with the lot of you. Oh no. Sorry about that. We stopped at the lookout before that and didn't think to pull up at Stanwell Tops. We continued to one of the beaches for breakfast. And no it wasn't just a young mans event because all of us were old. Well Mike and Pauly are. I'm still a young lad.

It has decent suspension already. Some Bilsteins from factory and a host of sway bars, underside bracing etc. It's pretty trackable as is. Will do some coilovers in the near future but that will be after ecu and injectors.

Picked it up yesterday and spent a while cleaning it. Don't think the guy washed it in a year. :-\ Slightly modded and a great base for further mods. Has exhaust, intake, cooler, brakes etc. It's all the things I would have done so now I can spend money on ecu, injectors, tune. Went for a drive through the Natio and I have to say I'm in love. The feedback is amazing. You can feel it getting on edge and correct if need be. Just buckets of grip and grins. Never names my cars but this one is called Spit. When I started washing it my mother yelled out that it's so small I could spit and wipe to wash it. It's a bit of a shocker name but we had a good laugh and what the heck. Meet Spit.

So today I picked up an MX5. Sweet. It's a red 2004 SE turbo model and I'm stoked with it. After a 5 hour clean it's presentable and it needed it! Looked like it hadn't been washed or vacuumed in a year. Pics tomorrow but not in this thread. So this all means I really need the 240 to go ASAP. Poor thing. It's like I'm kicking it out of home for no good reason. I had both of them in the garage and honestly, the 240 is one f#cking sexy car. Oh well. I'll be back in a Z with an L one day. Just because I'm selling this one doesn't mean I'm over them.

Yeah I've seen that one. Sure has a lot spent on it. Not sure I want something that modded though. It'll be more hassle than it's worth. I'm after a mild but well sorted suspension wise car. Thanks though.

Test drove a turbo MX5 today. It's fun and solid because it's new ('04 model) but it's certainly no Z... sigh
