    got it in.........seemed to be off aligment initially.

    basically what I'm asking is if the centre hole in the 240z clutch has the same spline-thread count as the 280zx gearbox? I've tried heaps of times to mount a 280zx gear box to the block with the 240z clutch kit bolted up but it won't mate up. Motor is a L24. hellppp : ). Cheers.

    Their definately fun because their such a challenge to drive on the track. But I wouldn't call them 'potent' because their no distinticed advantanges for tracking a S30 platform over other later platforms. If anything the torsional flex is quite significant in the old chassis. just thought i'd seperate the 'cool' factor from the 'reality' aspects..........hehehhe. .

    the landcruiser was freaky quick down the straight.........he could even drift it coming out of the last corner.........so it wasn't slow.........hahah his time was 1:35's I think.....

    ok for the noobs like me who have no friggin clue.......... the 79mm is stroke on the L26 and L28............without going to the bigger pistons cc is the same.

    thanks guys. another quick one...........can i use an L28 crank instead of my L26 to bump up cc? L24: 83mm X 73.3mm 2393cc Head = 42.4cc L26: 83mm X 79mm 2565cc Head = 44.7cc L28: 86mm X 79mm 2753cc Head = 44.6cc Cheers.
