do the heads of the 260z and 240z flow the same? I assume they do but to the rear of the head on the driver side: on a 240z the exit to the heater is a single exit where as on the 260z the exit is split up. I don't think this matters does it?

Hi guys, has anyone ever experienced an air pocket in their coolant system before? I've had this annoying overheating issue recently........seems to heat up after a stop start......... so while stationary it would kool down.........then a few secs after i drive off it heats up...... as though the coolant isn't flowing correctly or flowing fast enough.

my fuel cap lid is that dark egg plant ZG colour and so is the surrounding area near the fuel entry hose. then the rest of the car is silver - i know cause i've taken the car back to bare metal.

yo boys thanks for the quick meet and greet last night. realised my zed doesn't have to be unliveable as it is atm........hahah seals are going on and going to try to make the sarker more comfortable for the next owner.

it's all out for the golf once im back in it man...........runing stock ABF 2L atm so it'll get head work and im cosidering some sort of boost. in the Zed stock i've done a 1:17:28 around wakie with it........on st GIII's mind you so semis might get it into the low 1:16's. but yeh like you it's unfair to compare the two. so whens the next week so I can at least make it to one of these thigns........hehhehe.

hahhahaha...........yeh man..........I get more performance for each $ invested into the golf. I want to hit 1:12's in the golf. I'll never get there with the zed on a budget. I've tried selling the VW but no one's interested or interested in the figures I've spent on it. So the easiest sell is the go unfortunately. Fark i gotta make it to a meet before it goes. Theres a big JDM meet next tuesday at Fox studios if you guys want to go to that.
