  1. The Polo Shirts I came up with will be $40 + up to $10 P&H to anywhere in Aus. Caps will be $15 + P&H Will require at least 10 pre-paid orders as there isn't enough $$$ availible atm to buy them outright. And yes I know the prices are on the high side, but I can't do them any cheaper atm untill more capital is raised. I will be starting a new 'order' thread soon. Opinions? Comments?
  2. Pfffft, Jamie sounds all confused or he's become full of BS. My 260 2-seater is: RS30-001035, so the black shell isn't that early in RS30 chassis numbers...
  3. I'm not a homosexual drifter, so I won't be doing that. Tyres will be 225/45 or 50/17's.
  4. That's a FG copy dash from AMFG...
  5. Maybe for you...
  6. Cut, bend & drill some out of 3mm plate
  7. This is quite insane: During the 1970's a Canadian called 'Ken Carter' wanted to jump the St Louis seaway (between Canada & New York state) in a rocket powered car. He failed. The clip below shows the jump, but the rest of the doco. called "The Devil at Your Heels" screens for about 2hrs. Fascinating & completely silly - it's a good watch if you can find the full length video (I'm lucky enough to have it:) ). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctVkZbcwA1E
  8. That's young Mr. Cope's Zed - was running a RB. Did he say why he is selling it, ACDC-5?
  9. Perhaps make the classifides hidden to those not signed up, Gav?

  11. Welcome! Don't let George take your photo - he steals you soul!
  12. ULP is fine. ULP 'can' be a problem on the early 240Z L24's, but the later engines are fine on ULP. Oil I use is Penrite HPR40 & a Ryco Z115 filter, changed every 5000kms
  13. Have you got a workshop manual? If so, it's all detailed in it. If not, GO BUY ONE!
  14. That's clean - but that's a sh*tload for a 2+2!
  15. Agreed. I find it amusing that people post on this forum 'looking for a early Zed', yet when one like this is offered FS no one jumps at it...
  16. Nps mate My number was in the PM I sent you...
  17. Wow, that's a roughy. Good luck with the build Ross
  18. Thanks Jeff. I was going to make up a cardboard template to sit just above the arch inside & out to check the stretch. I'll have to have a think about how best to implament it though... Those guard rollars are only good for bending the lips back/flat - not for pumping the the inside wheel well, sadly
  19. Where'd you pull the figure from, Jeff?! I've seen this car up close & there's not much wrong with it. Joel, long time no hear mate! All that stuff is pretty easy. I could help you out with the bodywork for a cheap, mate - & some of the other stuff too... There'd be no more than a few grand to bring it up to a good standard
  20. Hi guys, I have a set of 17x8.5 (+4 offset) Rota rims I bought of BenZed, but after I lower the Zed I know I'm going to run into clearance issues with these on the car. So my question is; what's the best, most effective way to pump the rear guards out? I was thinking along the lines of a block of wood (shaped to the inner profile of the wheelarch) & a bottle jack, then gentle heat the area with the wattage hairdryer & gently jack the guards out till I have sufficient clearance. I'll of coarse have tyres fitted to the rims - probably 225/45/17's. Is there any other way I could do this?
  21. Getting there Hodgo - bit of a patchwork quilt atm though

  23. They are the fuseable links, John. I dare say you have a rectifier or regulator problem...
